Very misleading with opening times . Be aware this branch is closed today
Two tellers operating ..7 people linning up waiting to be served 3 other staff just hanging around.. I asked if another teller could be opened I was informed no.. 45 mins later ....I get to leave
Extremely poor customer service and incompetent staff. Will advise everyone I know to avoid NAB at all costs or at least avoid the Springvale branch.
