The banh mi here is incomparable to all other bakeries. The paté and the sauce really makes the difference. Even the most simple cold ham banh mi is delicious. I would even travel across town to eat at this place.
Better to go elsewhere no flavour..
Best banh mi I've had in a while. Not too much bread, good sauces, good ratio of veg - some places put too much carrot. Chilli not spicy enough though. Better than Bun Bun Bakery :)
The best banh mi ever in Melbourne!
Used to be my favourite banhmi shop. The last 2 times i went there, however, they seemed to have reduced the filling of the banhmi considerably, and missed out on some essential fillings, such as spring onion and chilli (ordered extra chilli). Very very disappointed, i hope that this won’t be permanent. Rated 2 stars for the good memories.
They short change you! “Yes that will be 10.50” “Yep, here is 20.00” (Get given 9.00) They pretend they don’t know... They’ve done this multiple times now. Also food is a hit & miss, it’s delicious at times but then next you’re like “oh I didn’t order this (bread, fat & carrot)” Please check your change everyone; they know their busy so they expect you not to make a scene, hence the thievery.
Love the Banh mi they are on point with the sauce. This is truly authentic and believe me you really can’t get this just anywhere. Everything is very clean food is very fresh. Love it definitely will be back again when visiting next time.
