I requested a quote to fill some voids left by rabbits, Darren arrived and gave me great honest advice about the best way to deal with them, looked at my house and advised me there was no need for them to do any work. He could have just told me anything but his open and honest advice is very much appreciate.

Giving these guys 5 stars because even though I didn't end up using them, I had them come out for a quote. And despite their 'vested self interest' to get a return from coming out giving a quote, they alleviated some concerns I had and advised my next best avenue for fixing my issues. Bit of refreshing honesty in the trades - good onya!
I must say, this company has some of the most honest presales people. Al was the person who came to our house to assess the feasibility of using the Teretek on our garage. Al is very knowledgeable around buildings. It turns out we do not need it as it might cost more than it's worth. It's rare these days with KPIs and cost pressures for people to be this frank! If this' the general culture of this firm. You'll be in good hands!
Highly recommend Darren who was the most honest, knowable and helpful person I have dealt with for a long time. Will recommend him to all my friends.

Terrible customer service, and administration post the work completed. I had Mainmark complete work over 12 months ago on my property. Over 3 months ago I received notice that Mainmark had not notified the surveyor to organise final inspection that the work had been complete, implications of this are unclear. Multiple calls, emails and Mainmark have not bothered responding.
The work is good when it gets done, but their admin & management are abysmal. Over the last 2 years of dealing with them, I have not had a single instance where they've called back / arrived for an inspection when they said they would, or even within a week of that time. When everything was finally arranged for the first work date, they rocked up with the wrong equipment and had to reschedule a month later. Tried to arrange a follow-up fix in February, they advised waiting till April... from then it's been one excuse after another and false promises every other week. For 6 months so far. Avoid if you need your work done within a year.
