Worst agents ever, stay away. I would give a negative if I could. Worst possible staff and service. Absolute jokers don't know anything about customer service. Basic etiquette and ethics are missing. Too much up theirs to be bothered about the client. Incapable of carrying out basic stuff like collecting rent and conducting inspections. Forget about serving notice, attending court - (got told on the day she had forgotten the date) - and evicting the tenant. Took my business elsewhere and so much happier. You can stuff it you jokers.

This senior property manager never return calls I must have called 10 times. Very unprofessional. Kept getting excuse from staffs.
Don't bother with this agency. They continuously forget that it's the TENANT that pay their bills with their 6-monthly hikes in rent, not the landlord. They request that all maintenance (including urgent requests) are submitted through their contact form on the website but then don't have any emergency contractors. For example, we were without water for about 40 hours (no showers, kitchen, laundry or TOILET) over a weekend. They provide less than 24 hours notice for non-emergency works to the property and then have sub-standard contractors create holes in the mortar to allow pests in and expect the tenant to pay for their removal. They lose the property keys and expect the tenant to copy and return a set without recompense to the tenant. Worst 4 years as a tenant dealing with an agency; literally can't wait for our house to be built and then be done with these incompetent idiots.

Integrity, honesty and dedication is what comes to mind when dealing with LJ Hooker, Springvale. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive in dealing with both the Sales Team (Andy Chua and Robert Tep) along with the Rentals Team (Sharon Lee). Andy was able to sell my property within 30-35 days, even though the holiday period was upon us. They know the Springvale market/demographic extremely well and will do their best to achieve ideal results for yourself as a seller. I have 2 other rental properties in the same block, out of which 1 has been rented out in a reasonable time frame. The entire team is extremely tightly knit and professional and work well together as a well oiled machine. I would recommend anyone within the Springvale area to use their services and can vouch that they will not be disappointed! All the best LJ HOOKER and a big THANK YOU!
Very professional team. The whole experience was easy with no troubles at all. The whole team at lj hooker springvale demonstrated real dedication. I found them diplomatic, determined, diligent, very dependable and honest.I would strongly recommend this fantastic agency & its people to anyone. And believe me, anyone needs a reliable team like that in the most stressful situation of buying or selling real estate.
Paid rent plus my neighbours as a xmas present spoke to the receptionist to renegotiate the lleease just a matter oif wait for landlords answer
