GREAT pharmacy! 1 of the BEST in the SE, if not Melbourne! All the staff are great, professional & friendly! NEVER had a bad visit, whether it was getting prescriptions for myself or my late father, the service was always great! Messers Lim, (Richard and Kenny) are always friendly & remember your name, as do most of the multi national staff! Have a great range of supplements as well at competitive prices! BUT, I don't just go there for the prescriptions! The eye candy is worth the visit alone! A wonderful chemist!

My favourite pharmacy in Melbourne. Staff are always helpful and prompt. Always handy to give out advice. Wait times are fairly reasonable. Love the location also, right across the best pho shop in Melbourne and plenty of restaurants and shops around.
Terrible piercing experience!! I came to get my lobes pierced but the piercer managed to get the gun stuck in my ear TWICE!! As a result, they constantly re-pierced the same spot causing a lot of pain. Everyone planning to come here for piercings, do yourself a favour and find another place because this definitely wasn't worth the money.
I went here because of the supposedly good reputation of the pharmacy. When I decided to get some prescription medicine. I allege one of the staff making bad remarks about me which I heard, because he knows about my family. It is quite unfortunate. This was quite a long time ago. So I have never been to this pharmacy ever since. Its a shame because the staff are quite helpful, knowledgeable and professional and its supposedly have good review from most people. But I would have to my very honest of my assessment. I may give the pharmacy another go in the future but until then, my review stands.

Brilliant community pharmacy in the heart of sunny springvale! Pharmacist and assistants always take care in serving patients. Despite these tough times, staff are always attentive, approachable, warm and welcoming :) They treat everyone who walks through the door as family, highly recommended!
My whole family goes to this pharmacy! Everyone's very friendly and helpful. It can get busy in there and sometimes a wait but it goes to show how popular they are.
