Been using Kennards storage for years in Sydney and Adelaide and I'm so glad I stuck with them here in Springvale. Philip was so friendly and helpful when we moved in and Mathew's been great too with some follow up questions. It's a very good price too, for such a professional facility. Can't go wrong here really.

I generally don’t write google reviews unless an establishment is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. This one is definitely the latter. I’ve been a client of Kennards Springvale for around 6 years and have always been happy with the prompt and friendly service. Last month I needed to rent a second unit and my family and I have been thoroughly impressed by the great advice and service provided by Philip (aka Jackie Chan :) in particular. Nothing was too much hassle or trouble and Philip did it all with a genuine happy smile. The team at large including Matt have been great to deal with too over the years. Well run place. Highly recommended. Easily 5 stars!
The price is higher than a couple of other storage warehouses but this location is more convenient so I signed up with them. Philip was very helpful in assiting me with setting up my storage unit, and gave a couple of recommendations of service providers that we need for our move.

AMAZING service. They printed out the return form free of charge and were super friendly and helpful. I've been to other parcel points in the area where they charge you to print out a single form and even had to buy my own tape to stick the form but at Kennards they've got you covered!! Definitely my go to parcel point.
