Gets far more people than IKEA Richmond, but handles it better with more parking and spacing in store. The parking is free which you shouldn’t take for granted (not free in Richmond!) It’s also got other nice furniture stores around it so you can shop around under one place when you’re looking for a couch anything else.

Some items affected by covid-related manufacturing/logistics issues and were out of stock, but when staff were asked where they were they were all too happy to tell us where to go in the store but had no information on hand about state of the stock. I feel all staff should be aware if there are issues with stock so they don't end up sending you on a 5km trip through the maze...
This store has friendly staff, who mostly know where things are and available for questions. And, a pleasant surprise no queues at checkout. They say a good store has a good manager and I reckon there must be a good manager at the moment.
It's been a while so we were only there to have a look around and get some ideas for updating the kitchen and dining area. Anyway we picked up a couple of things and will be heading back in a couple of weeks with the trailer. Always an enjoyable shopping experience at IKEA and the As Is area is worth a look before you leave as well.
Spent full day. Really appreciate all helpful staff members. Provide lots of choices from home,office, garden and lot more. Ample space to walk around. Very good prices.

Its massive! So many awesome home decor and furniture. Great cafe, foodcourt and its located inside a home maker centre with other big brand stores. Such a fun walk through.
Good place to take a look. And the hot dog is really cheap.
