Ordered a LARGE mother’s favourite and this is what I got. They didn’t even fill it to the top! I didn’t realise until I got home, extremely disappointing. Won’t be going here again, what’s the point of having two sizes when they’re pretty much the same amount of content?

Very bad experience. Went for evening tea there, I ordered black sugar gotcha range, the girl at the Reception was taking my order, another girl just popped in between saying that they ran out of pearls and about to close now, said if I want I can take only this with white pearls extra charged. She made this so called tea with in less than 30sec , I clearly said less ice and less sugar, but she didn't bother to listen, no gloves, very unhygienic. When I told her she put full ice and sugar she rudely replied me to take out ice myself. Ice was filled too much upto the top ,I mean no customer values at all. I couldn't drink, bad experience
Best bubble tea shop in Springvale but they're not consistent. Sometimes they only take cash which is a inconvenience especially during COVID and other days they're fine with card. Also depending on who's serving, no ice is either allowed or not allowed.
How many staff does it take to make one boba? I waited at least 15 mins for one cup. And the queue wasn’t even that long, I was 2nd in line. Could see that most of the staff were quite inexperienced and I saw one of them having to redo my cup (because staff mistakenly fill in the wrong topping). Not sure why I’m posting this as I know I’ll be back again another time... coz boba (hence 2 star) Just don’t expect a quick service.
This place is great! Their staff are always friendly and put me in a good mood whenever I visit. Highly recommended.
I feel as though the cooks have changed or something but the pearls aren't cooked like they're used to! I used to have a great experience with you guys but recently the pearls have been awful. Sometimes the black pearls are overcooked and slimy or the golden pearls are undercooked and hard as thick jelly. Please if the workers are reading this, relay this to your manager to put them back on track as most other stores do their peals great!
I bought 3 large size bubble tea and realised they were all only 3/4 full when I got home and took ithem out of the bag. Never seen any other bubble tea store that would do that. Would not recommend the Springvale store, rip off for 7.80 a cup! I would give it a zero star if I could. Forgot to add that the pearls are hard in the centre and isn't fully cooked. The quality is so bad!
Pleasant and friendly staff and hands down best bubble tea place in Melbourne! Once you try their drinks, all the others brands just pale in comparison. I've converted my family to also only drink their drinks and comparing similar varieties of flavours from other brands, Gotcha's is still the best. The shop is always clean and this is a rarity in most bubble tea places I've been to.
