Convenient place but they stuffed up my order. I order like several drinks and wanted Little Sugar in all of them, because I just cannot have any carbs whatsoever on my diet. Because if I drink one of these sugar bombs, I have to restart a couple days of my progress. And all of them taste like they had regular sugar in them (I've ordered regular sugar before so I know what it tastes like)!! Had to chuck out all the drinks because not worth me driving back. Will go elsewhere as well as some of the kids working there aren't that nice and I've seen them make fun of customers.

Biggest issue I have with this place is there’s no structure in terms of queuing up and picking up order. Management should really make it clear on where to line up and what the rules are. Drinks are consistently good, they haven’t stuffed up my order so no complaints here. It’s situated in a tight area so gets really crowded and hard to maintain social distancing which should be improved on.
I come here all the time yet they continuously get my order wrong. I continuously have to repeat myself and they still get my order wrong. I.e I order a no. 4 (earl grey milk tea w/ 3Js) and order it as no.4 yet, they give me a normal earl grey mill tea. This isn't even the first nore third time this has happened

Mixed reviews- 2 times the Taro boba was like water and some powder barely any milk just watered down but then the brown sugar was amazing Yesterday. Still wasted 2 taro drinks and 15 so not consistent

Something wrong with this store's point scanner. I had 8 points before ordering, after ordered 2 drinks, all my point was gone. My point is now 2/10 instead of 10/10. I have asked the staff straight away, they told me just wait and refresh. Now i lost all my point. Becareful guys. Dont be like me
