Disgusting service. Their English is really bad so they really won’t know what you asking for. Their ruined my hair for permanent straightening and didn’t even apologise. They use very cheap products so not recommending them at all

Got my foils done from here a few times. Good service with no damage to hair. Hubby and son have got haircut many times and different styles with no issues. Only issue would be long waiting times. Have some time on hand if you come for service but would be happy with the results.
They are all hard working qualified hairdresser's, love it Marie
I got what i paid for.. 25 on long hair for a terrible hair cut and could tell hairdresser wasn't skilled. It's baaaad. So choppy and my hair is totally zigzag shape at the bottom. It's actually hilarious

They broke my hair and also my bangs. Now i need a really long time to take care for my hair because it's all damaged. The worst hair salon in Springvale. They should know how to train their staffs properly.
Bad service, standing in their salon and no one comes to ask you if you need haircut. No happy.
The barber clearly made a mistake as after he finished there was a huge patch of hair missing at the back. but according to him it was 'natural'
