Had such a good experience with salesman Reji (In store)and Max (on the phone) only for it to turn sour after dealing with management on the phone. We bought two beds, one meant to be much dearer that the other. The dearer queen size bed was too small and the mattress was hanging off the sides. According to management the bed is EXACTLY the same size of a queen size mattress. Common sense would dictate that a bed frame would be at the least slightly bigger that the mattress so it fits comfortably. The manager kept arguing with me and tried to blame the mattress! He absolutely refused to accept any responsibility and kept blaming the mattress company. Even though the other queen bed purchased from them, is too big for the mattress. The level of denial was shocking...it’s like he wasn’t listening to a word I was saying and repeated at least 5-6 the same line about the mattress being faulty, which measures correctly just FYI. He said that’s how gas lift beds are...just checked their other models on their website..and every one I checked is much bigger! What a joke! Such an absolute shame. Reji was more than lovely, and than this manager had to completely ruin the experience. Naturally, went next door to Snooze and bought another bed from them.

We were told by the sales guy there was a 90 day return period if we were not happy with the comfort level of the bed and we could exchange for a different firmness, went back to store and requested this of which he told myself and wife we must be confused as it was only available on another product. I'd suggest he wasn't expecting the bed to return and closed the sale with this offer. The sales guy said he would see what he could do for us and as yet no reply weeks later. Misrepresenting the King Coil brand......
