Alex was very easy to deal with. Came over to discuss the quote with me, very good price. Came straight back, got the job down in a hour. They r a family business. Called me the next day to get the stump down. The only recommendation is if they would spend a little bit of time to clean it up after. It’s not major for us but would give them 5 out of 5 if they did. Still a very happy cx tho.
We had a huge Gumtree with Heaps of ivy removed Alex and family were very helpful and easy to deal with Would have liked sawdust removed from backyard grass but weather will help it lessen in future Very Happy customer
Very reliable business, have no issues with communication , came and quoted I accepted and they proceeded through the next day, done all in one day incl stumps Very Professional great team of boys
They said if you’re not happy we’re not happy . My garden is still a mess & im not happy . They cut the tree down very quickly . Stacked the huge branches on the nature strip also stacked wood on on neighbours strip They said they’d return sat to clear & I had to call them Monday lunchtime when they hadn’t returned !!! They have promised twice to return & haven’t ! We had a Large tree with a giant stump taken out & paid 3,100 & did not expect to have to pay to get the huge amount of sawdust removed !!!! You said my garden would be clear clean & tidy !!! Sorry I’m not happy
