This doctor saved my life. He’s a kind, knowledgeable and professional doctor. His receptionists are lovely as well. And waiting time is reasonable. Can not recommend them enough.
Dr.Chung is one of the best doctor around! I have seen him since in the late 90’s! I have seen many doctors before and after. I highly recommend to see him. Those who mentioned early, whom did not get the good service or what ever the reasons was......if it’s urgent for medical service than you should not see your local GP. You should admit yourself to go to Emergency section of the Hospital.
Chung Sang is one of the worst GP in Springvale area, poor judgemental skill on patient's symptoms, he is no better than a VET who can treat dogs and cats, if you care for your health and not to shorten your life, then stay away from this Chung. No more swiping medicare card at this clinic.
Rude receptionist ! I am very sick and waited for 30min for them to open as they closed for lunch. I went in to ask if it's possible for her to squeeze me in to see doc when they opened at 2pm as my tummy hurts badly and I feels super sick. She said she can't let me see the doctor without appointment . I asked again politely and mentioned that I feels very ill can she please squeeze me in. She asked if I have been to the clinic before because if I am first timer she can't squeeze me in.

Legitmately the most supportive and least judgemental doctor I have ever visited! After visting various different doctors around as well as outside the area, Dr Sang is without a doubt one of the best doctor around town. He is multilingual, is extremely willing to cooperate with personalised treatments and is very fastidious and passionate about ensuring the best for his patients. I am willing to drive half an hour to visit Dr Sang just because of how great of a doctor he is.
