Was charged 80 for a free blood sample, my doctor called them to clear it up, these guys called me back and said the money will be returned within the week. Here we are a full month later and still no money returned to my account!!! Go somewhere else, there's plenty of other places nearby.

Very poor customer service. Staff on duty was very rude and did not allow me to talk. Provided no consideration as I was pregnant. They required me to fast again the next day which I explained I cannot tolerate doing again. Gave me the feeling that they wanted to go home earlier than scheduled as they did not want to do the test. Hope Dorevitch management can look into this. It was very difficult to fast, especially when you are pregnant. My efforts were wasted. Very upsetting.
Came here to get some blood taken Friday morning! IDK what other people on here were complaining about! I see lots of 1 star reviews for all 3 of the pathology labs in Springvale! Maybe the reviewers are all a bunch of sooks, honestly! I got seen to in less than 5 mins, the nurse that took my blood, was friendly, competent, and gentle! Got my vein 1st go, with very little discomfort! Couldn't have made a blood sample exercise any more pleasant!
We always came here to get our tests done and were very happy with staffs services. Recently so disappointed when I went there to get my blood test done annually and noticed that they haven't provided hand sanitiser for patients when they come to get their tests or waiting. When being asked, I got the answer that they will clean the chair after each used, it is nothing to do with providing hand sanitiser in the front of reception room. Just thought they are in medical field they should have it or maybe they run out of hand sanitiser on that day?
If you want to check in, you need to take a number ticket and wait to be called. However, the number tickets were horrible that were not even in order. I just waited over an hour and a half to get the test and I had to see those people who were supposed to be called after me already got their test done before me. How ridiculous it is!

The older nurse is bit painful taking blood! But at least they close latest 2pm for drop-off Saturday
Great reception and professional service. I was in an out in less than 15 minutes
