The crust of the pizzas have the perfect amount of char. However, for the price, it is simply not worth it. There isn't a huge variety of pizzas, most of which are also spicy, and lack flavour. For 22 a pizza, I can purchase 2 or even 4 pizzas from dominos which taste a lot better. Not worth it, I'd recommend walking to pizza hut, which is just 30 seconds away from this restaurant.

I was a huge fan of Crust Pizzas until I had the misfortune of ordering from the Springvale store. There is a reason people go ahead and pay the expensive price of 47 dollars for two pizzas. Its because they expect a certain quality. The pizzas I received today were not just bad, they were the worst pizzas I have ever had. And trust me, I LOVE PIZZAS!! I have never ever written a review or sent feedback to any establishment, unless it was a positive one. However, I really feel awfully ripped off today. I don't think I would be going anywhere near Crust in the near future. :(
Cardboard would be the best way to describe the 2 pizzas I got last night. Out of more then 200 different places I've ever tried this would be top 5 worst. Staff were nice enough.
Just ordered 4 pizzas when we came back home we found chicken in vegetarian pizza and that guy was kinda rude on phone and didn't even apologize. At least you guys can pretend you are happy
First time was great. 2nd time I was told I was late picking up my pizza... Lol I didn't know there was a timer. Tasty food.
This is the expensive and worst pizza ever. I had pizza from Crust store in Richmond, and I loved it, so I don't mind the price. Pizza from Springvale Crust store had the base chewy like gum, I can't believe I wasted over 40 for 2 pizza that were worst than the local ones. Not happy customer !
This pizza brand is not very ethical..they never honor their own promotions and the pizza is below average for the price. Their poor service and customer service policies will not take them too far.
Vegetarian pizza is consistently good. However, I ordered a mexican pizza tonight, and it was pretty awful. The picture on the website promised large juicy scoops of avocado and sour cream, and I got a tiny portion mixed with red onion. Not super impressed after paying 40.
