Coldflow forgot (?) to install the filter on my AC, which is now completely full of dust and sparkles a nice sheen on all the surfaces. If I email them 5 times or so, they send someone to my house to "measure it up" so they can build a filter (it must be bespoke), but they never actually bring me a filter. This has happened 3 times. It's just a carrot and stick scenario to keep me happy. Fix my filter and I'll fix your rating. It's been over a year.

They communicated promptly in regards to the quote and when their staff would be arriving. They were punctual and worked around the needs of my 6 month old baby. We found Coldflow to be very competitive. They offer a good range of manufacturers and tailor to your needs. The installation team were very professional and did a great job. My only issue was the installers should have confirmed where they were installing the external pipes as we didn't expect one to be visible down the front of our house facing the street. So make sure you agree up front where they are installing them. We were told it was going through the roof, but they didn't do this. They also missed some cleaning up inside where the dust covered our exercise equipment but this was a quick job.
