Worst customer service very arrogant staff Just avoid that place. You need reliable customer service when you are spending too much money. I wasted my 15k to purchase big spa from them.
Great experience from this company. From first visit to show room right through until hand over Charlie was the sales rep that I first met there but all staff are welcoming and friendly His help was unmatched, didnt push to buy after first sales pitch, knew the answer to every question i asked and helped to draw a pool in my backyard using this fancy program they had on site. Show room could do with an update but the display outside was very impressive. Les installed this pool and endeavoured to complete the job in a timely manner. Very thorough and professional. Will recommend Charlie to any friends and family that need help with a pool. Thanks again
Rang this company who on ordering told me the part was available(450). They didn’t say it was available from another company where they would try and get it. Nearly 2 weeks and still no show have rung every day this week and told different stories about why I haven’t received the order blaming couriers. Have been told they will ring back and don’t STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Craig was the sales rep that assisted my wife and I with the acquisition of our fantastic, new outdoor spa. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide detailed responses to all our queries. On the day of delivery he took the time, even in the rain and the cold, to make sure the installation went smoothly and that I understood all the features of the spa. He even provided a simplified, user-friendly 'How To' document that clearly explained how to operate and maintain the spa. Above and Beyond is how I would rate my customer service experience, and I would highly recommend Classic Pools & Spas.
I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service from Craig at Classic Pools. From the first enquiry e-mail he was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He was always quick to reply and willing to assist us in making the best decision about what pool we needed and associated equipment. We bought our pool with peace of mind, knowing we have a quality product to suit our needs. Highly recommend.
Charlie was very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly service, not pushy. Gave us many options and great advice. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommended Classic Pools.
