Don't ever, like seriously ever come here for prescription.They will make you wait for almost an hour to get just 1 prescription. Appalling behaviour and terrible excuses that there were under staffed. The pharmacist can be seen on the phone for over 40 mins. Absolutely no acceptable reason for him to be instead of serving face to face customer that were about 10 in the waiting for pick up. A lady was waiting almost an hour to get diabetic sticks?? Their system to serve the next person or inorder was completely messed up. If that lady did not ask what was going on she wouldn't have been called out. My turn was also skipped ahead by someone else that came 15mins later than me and he had multiple prescriptions. Totally unacceptable. When I question how did this happen? She just blame understaffed and took my prescription in less than 15 seconds and handed over to me . Just did not make sense for me to waste all that time there.

Worst customer experience - chemist called David. Was rude, unhelpful and downright useless.
Shockingly rude assistants. Especially those mid-20 South Asian look guys. (will find out their names) The worst customer service ever experienced. Would give negative or zero star if there's an option. Not recommend anyone to shop here.
One of the locations I love going to because of convenience and stock availability. Staff are very nice except for one experience I had. Went in to get the emergency contraceptive for the first time and was nervous in filling out the form. The pharmacist who was dealing with me was very rude and basically humiliated me by asking questions like why I was not using protection (I was and accidents happen) and why I missed or wasn't taking the pill. This should never be the way an employee treats any customer. Maybe it was just that one pharmacist but someone needs to get trained on how to deal with these kinds of situations properly instead of humiliating customers.
I went to purchase some Micella water at Chemist Warehouse Springvale and "Shabnam" was serving us in the most disgusting disrespectful manner I have ever received. Instead of placing our items in the bag she continually threw the items in the bag. considering she was even a supervisor I was shock . Absolutely disrespectful customer service.
Staff are great, pharmacists are knowledgeable and fast. Generally an awesome experience.

For springvale they provide the best customer service. Poor staff have to deal with a lot of weird customers. Need to be mentally strong to work there.
