I had a very unpleasant experience here. The product and the price that I put there were both different prices, and I wanted a refund. I knew the price was wrong after the purchase of the product. They said they were friendly, but we didn't know the policy of the field until we bought the goods, and our attitude was very unfair. I want this place to go down.
This is my third time purchase form best value pharmacy. The price is competitive, the deliver is fast, the packaging is secured. Plus lovely complementary samples. The samples does introduce some new brands to our family's life. The Expire date of the products leave long time for us to use. Thank you.

Ordered some baby formula online on the 5th of April 2021. Called them on Monday the 12th to see if the order had left the store yet. I was told by staff that someone would call me back... Monday afternoon, no phone call, I finally got sent an alert about my order being booked for pick up by courier and was given a tracking number. Called again today, 15th of April (10 days after ordering) as no tracking details are available, I've been told the parcel is still at the store and still hasn't been picked up yet!! Terrible customer service, no follow up, left in the dark and had to buy formula elsewhere. I will never shop with this company again!
