They sell a huge variety of sweets, but they also sell old out of date sweets. I arrives and asked if it was freshly made today, they say yes all fresh but when I got home and had some, finding out its definitely a few days old, cake was hard and dry. Fresh ones usually soft and moist. Never buy anything from them again.

The best banhmi in springvale, tried them all. This has consistency, and they have the best flavour. Try the xiu mai (meatball) as that is probably their best but they're all good.
