That manager Gerard (the man with grey hair) is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. Why work in customer service if you hate dealing with people so much? Do us all a favour and retire already, I'm sure the staff (who are all generally very pleasant and helpful compared to GERARD) at the Springvale post office will throw a party once you've gone. Today I witnessed him being rude to an elderly Asian lady who didn't understand how sign her name on the machine. He could've patiently showed her how to confirm her signature by pressing the green button, but he chose to repeatedly shout at her through the perspex screen instead ('PRESS. THE. GREEN. BUTTON *eye roll*'). What an absolute C***. If Gerard ever collapses from a heart attack or some other ailment while at work, I would not hesitate to stuff his unconscious body into a mailbag, roll him out the door and onto Springvale road into oncoming traffic faster than you can say 'PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON'. BYE GERARD.

They're closed on Saturdays now considering the virus? I don't know why they don't bother updating their website times so it would save time for those wasting their time going there. Edit: Not everyone has the chance to specifically go on their AusPost Springvale website, but it does say that they are closed today. Just update the Google page if you would - cause they're wouldn't be confusion in the first place. Thanks

Very Bad experience. But, the negative attitude came from just one staff member of staff who called "Goet". We were very upset that the lady made us very uncomfortable. With this pandemic situation, we all are passing very stressful situation. We never expect the poor customer service from anyone with this situation. It is continually becoming worse with these things. I just went there to sign my university document. She didn't give nice feedback and talked very aggressively with us. While we are waiting in queue to meet another officer, she shouted on us like "i'm talking to you". She doesn't have any rights to talk to their customers like this. She hasn't even bit of politeness for others. We are very disappointing about her behavior and it comes with very dangerous side effects for the place which people are expecting good customer service. Besides, Linh was very professional and she gave nicely feedback for us and clearly & politely explained that we have to sign that form from another authorized place. we are really appreciate her support.

early collection is very convenience in Springvale Post Office. There is side window along with mail lockers. When you press a button, a staff will open the window for you and serve your collection. Thanks!

My first time send a letter, The lady just gave me a 1 stamp without asking me if i need tracking or not. As the end up, I finally lost the item. And they cannot do anything with this. I never ever trust Australian Post again
