I emailed Cyril last month to see if he had a silver birch tree for my mother's birthday. Due to Covid we coukd not travel from Dublin. He was so helpful and even delivered the tree himself. Such good service. A gentleman.

Rang from Manchester last Saturday to send my ma a rose bush to look after in her garden in memory of my brother as she can't get to the cemetery. Thank you - she was so pleased with it.
