They got our order correct. Friendly staff, public washrooms are clean. Nice atmosphere.

Great little place after some activities
Been to over 100 Tim's across Canada. This is easily the worst . I could write a novel on the times they've fked up my order . Save yourself and go to the one in Oxford.
Tim's staff work hard and are pleasant to deal with. Sometimes they make mistakes, but we all do. The company controlling Tim's is another matter. In the early spring they decided they would change the rewards card requirements to obtain free coffee etc.. They decided you had to register on their site, give them a bunch of information if you wanted to get rewards after 7 purchases. If you didn't want to register you could still use the rewards card but had to do more purchases, I believe 12 to get something free. Just recently we were told by the people at the drive- through we had to now register on their as site to collect for rewards, with no notification from the company itself. Just typical of multi-national companies. We visit Tim's less now than we did.
I found a bug in my ice water.
Worst service in Springhill and haven't a clue how to make a simple BLT on white. Ask if you want cheese. No you answer. You get it anyway. And egg too, for good measure. If you're lucky, they put it on a whole wheat bun. And try to explain it away because there's another BLT with egg & cheese - which I didn't order, not even close. This happens on a regular basis. No more.
Everytime I go into Tim Hortons something else is missing from their menu or they are or can't get because of Covid. I can hardly wait to leave Canada and go back to the Philippines where they have a full menu, better customer service and aren't lied to about the real reason they don't have something ie:- Covid 19.
