Had a great experience with this store. Zeb, I believe his name was, was very knowledgeable and very helpful to get the best plan for me and my partner together. Made everything so easy with what plan is the best for us with the best prices. Would definitely recommend this store. Very helpful and friendly service.

Right at the front door, easy access
Good store with good competent staff, have been an Optus customer for 20 years but have a dispute with a warranty claim on a new Samsung phone that Boomerang@optus are trying to avoid with the on/off button falling out. Not happy !
Always find this store friendly and helpful, never push you into something you don't want or need, they listen
Staff are always friendly, very patient (especially with a rude customer that they had on one of my visits), quick and easy. Store opening hours are a little weird though, closing only half an hour later on a Thursday night.
Umm... Asian guy was helpful but please do something about your bad breath... it's overwhelming... sorry
Would not recommend calling. I was past on to 5 different people all saying (sorry wrong department ill transfer you to the next). Then waited for almost 40minutes on hold because no one wanted to help me and still didnt get want a needed done. (Disappoint in the team)
Not happy here no one answers the ph when they do they have no idea what you are talking about...useless sorry but that's my opinion
