The reason for 5 stars is Sam! She was so helpful and understanding of our situation when we needed to swap around funds and combine all as one. Very easy to communicate with. Teller staff are a little above average, but the 5 stars are for Sam's amazing customer service.
My partner and I moved over to Westpac when we purchased our first home, we always find going into the branch simple and a valuable use of our time. Our Personal banker helps us feel organised and on top financially. We always have lots of laughs too which helps make the experience light and easy. Highly Recommend Westpac and specifically Sam Longstaff for Personal Banking.
