Went in to check on the status of a order and I wasn't given the time of day. Staff obviously did not want me to be in the store. Wonder how I would have been treated if I had asked to sign up for something that would have hit sales targets. Wouldn't bother going into this store unless your signing up for new services

IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR I WOULD, Absolutely disgusted in this store by the Manager Dan, we bought two new phones on a Plan we advised that we would be paying the Plans out early as we are going travelling and Vodafone wont give us the service we require but we wanted the phones at the great price they offered us, Sure thing he said no problems you can pay them out early, Only to now find out when we went to pay them out early as discussed he advises us the discount price no longer applies and you'll have to pay the full retail on the 2 phones, so I called Vodafone and they have advised the same, The Manager whilst a polite young Man is silently screwing the customers over,

Social distance at extreme! Make u feel like you are leprosy, so if you are so scare of work in costumer service just stay home mate
