I was able to meet both owner/operators and go on an extensive tour of the grounds. I was impressed with the breadth of the site. The trails seem sheltered and well maintained and the pond is an added luxury that is very attractive. The barn seems to be extremely well kept and the arenas were in great shape. I had a good look at the front two paddacks and they seem as advertised. The horses I saw looked very well groomed. I was actually able to witness a few different riders/handlers using the facility or picking up/dropping off their horses and I was impressed with how well managed the place can be with just two owner/operators. Finally I was impressed by their polite questions and instructions as per Covid-19 in relation to parking and timing my visit. I'll leave the business end of the discussion out of this but I will say that I will be back, and probably not alone!

Superior doesn't begin to describe this facility. The animals are exceedingly happy, well fed, and docile. I have no doubt that I will be returning here again and again. The owners are exceptional people and their personalities touch every aspect of this place!

My friend Heidi was the barn manager there.
