I have celiac disease and when I told them this, they took so much care making my meal, I was so impressed. Thank you for putting my mind at ease! It's always stressful when I eat out, but you guys took the stress away!

Order 2 platters for staff lunch: 1 x veg & 1 x favourites. Due to COVID-19 individually wrapped portions okay, sure, understand. Quality: atrocious. Example: Turkey sub came on squashed white bread, cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato & cucumber & no sauce. the veggie delite: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese. The classics were similar. I'm not sure what happened to all of the salads? but it was the worst subway I have ever ordered. Next time we will order the 12" subs, nominate the salads and sauces etc. It was totally not what I have ever seen on a subway platter previously. Total disappointment. Also, had to order twice, as subs and platters cannot be on the same order. A colleague collected them with 2 order numbers. On return to the office we had 2 bags of subs but 1 order. My colleague had to drive back from Carole Park, to collect the order that was not included.
Re Order D9615: Really disappointed. Won't let me rate or make notes on app so here I am. Order missing drink - how do I receive a credit? Chipotle Quesadilla's (it were ham and onion and no Chipotle sauce at all). Ham, cheese & tomato toastie cold & soggy. Our last order before that missed the mark also.
Again my son enjoys his subway.
