I have been to this practice roughly 4 times. 3 of those times being a poor experience with a particular doctor there. DR Saeedfar barely acknowledges you, rushes you, doesn't listen, doesn't communicate properly and today to top it off walked out mid appointment and didn't return. Keeping it short, I went to reception and told them I wasn't finished and he walked off, she told me to wait and I said "don't bother, I've had nothing but poor experiences here and don't plan on coming back anymore" I asked for my blood test results to be diverted to my next doctor I see and walked out. I went back into the practice in the reception area after leaving, that doctor saw me and said "what else do you want" I told him exactly what I thought of his poor attitude towards patients. I told him a bad review will be left and I won't be back to see him. He said sorry but did not seem sincere.

Been going there for few years, overall experience has been very good. They do get busy sometimes but waiting time is reasonable , having a pathology next door is a plus. Highly recommend. Mostly we have seen Dr Charti and Dr Hamali... they both are really good never had any issues

We visoted on sunday as our son was not well. Dr Shahriar Aghakhani was not helpful at all. Not even a smile to a sick child. He was just busy getting the next patient in the door and just rushing. Avoid him at all cost.

Dr himali Is the best Dr we have ever seen. So in touch with children, pregnancy and women's health issues.

Some doctors are excellent there; they seem caring and understanding. Visiting this clinic for the las 12 years .

At least they allow you to make an appointment, unlike the other two competing major doctors clinics in the area. However the appointment doesn't mean much, because you will always have at least 30 mins wait after you get there, and most patients waiting are walk-ins without an appointment anyway. The customer services is average, not great but better miles better than the other two clinics. You will rarely see the same doctor every time you go, its luck who you will get to see. Sadly this is the best of the three major doctors clinics in the area.

I was seen promptly enough. I think the receptionists could be a little more attentive to you when you first reach the counter. At least that's what I was taught when I worked in customer service. The waiting room is spacious and has plenty to read.
