Just moved to the area and decided to try Springfield Superclinic after reading the positive reviews. I’ve visited the clinic three times and the reception team are always so friendly and welcoming over the phone and face-to-face. Having the option to organise an appointment via the App is really helpful too. The clinic is clean, tidy and organised. There are ample chairs in the waiting room. On average I wait approximately 30 minutes. The GP I have seen is friendly and knowledgeable and ensures any concerns are investigated. Thank you Springfield Superclinic.

Exceptional from my 1st visit! Reception staff are welcoming, professional and detailed weather an appointment or a walk-in patient. Dr Fola Olaleye is very thorough and extremely informative with his diagnosis and how further treatment is to take place, Springfield is lucky to have all the team at the Super Clinic!
Springfield Super Clinic has amazing staff and great service. Both the female doctors that my family see, are fantastic and I have recommended them to my extended family. I have been attending here for many years and I am always extremely happy with the work all the doctors and nurses do. Thank you for all your patience and wonderful service.
Recently involved in a hit and run, went to Springfield Superclinic to sort out some concerns I had with my injuries. Basically was told "you only booked one appointment" in other words "shut up and get out" have to go back for some results but after that will never enter their clinic again. Basically just a referral clinic, nothing else.

i do not recommend some of the doctors here. One being Dr Kwong who i has been by far the worst doctor i have had, he has no sympathy or patience with his patients and last time i was there i tried to ask him questions to help me understand what was going on and raise concerns to which i was spoken over repeatedly and ignored when asking questions so i left the practice frustrated and upset over the incident and have never gone back since. this isnt the first time my questions have been ignored and spoken over either, not happy with that practice and shall never go back
Great place to come, if you want to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor even if you have an appointment. Even if what you're in there for is to get urgent blood test results that could result in your unborn baby being harmed, or possibly stillbirth. But whatever. I enjoy sitting in a waiting room for hours on end with my two young children at 34 weeks pregnant. Happens every single time I'm here.
