It's a great airport, very clean very organized... the only reason I would give it less than 5 stars is because the last time I was there I was dropping my son off to fly to Texas for basic training. 5 months is a long time to be away from your kid! But seriously, it's a great airport!

The United airlines workers are awesome. By far, super professional & very flexible. Super sweet. The weather trying to fly out on Jan 1 was atrocious. Flights were delayed left & right. I ended up canceling my flight. But the employees were awesome & helped me out a lot.
Love going out of this airport! I always find good parking slots and short lines at the counter. The terminal is clean, bright and often has pictures and photos to enjoy. The easy drive makes it a favorite with us...we consider the airport to be a real asset for Springfield!
I work here as a Ramp Agent for Delta and United. I help load your luggage and marshal your plane in and out. That includes times when the weather isn't so forgiving.
