I went in to the newly refurbished RACQ Bank at Springfield and can't say I'm impressed. As a customer, I really wish management would ask US what we would like in branch. I value privacy. Now everything is open space and there is no privacy to discuss personal financial matters. I could hear people's conversations while doing my banking-NOT COOL! What a waste of money!

Very friendly staff. We dealt with Andrea and Donna who were very competent and had answers to all our questions. They showed their passion for what they do by going above and beyond to find out our situation and finding all the ways they could help. We didn't feel judged at all when talking about our situation even though it is a very daunting task. Despite not leaving with the outcome we had hoped (due to our own circumstances) we left feeling very hopeful thanks to Donna and the help she offered. Excellent customer service.
Really appreciate everyone at this branch for being so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bank or mortgage.
