Once past the decorative outside layer it went downhill from there. Especially ordered cake. How you get fruit put into a plain cake beggars belief. Texture was like a cake in cooked a week in advance. Have been shopping here for years never again.

Fabulous. My granddaughter desperately wanted a Unicorn cake and when I went in to the shop I was told they needed 48hrs notice......It was ready and waiting for us just a few hours later. Thank you so very much for making my little Munchkins dream come true.
Absolutely disgusting. Worst pie and coffee ever. How can a plain pie be so tasteless and gritty. Absolutely vile. Coffee tasted like twice used burnt coffee and dude, you need to use soap when you wash your hands. Totally gross. Id give no stars if I could
I’m incredibly disappointed. I paid 60 for a cake 2 weeks in advance and received one that was just tacky and cheap looking. The handwriting was absolutely terrible and there was no consistency. Random capitals and lower cases when it should have been “Happy 20th Anniversary Dad and Mum”. Instead it read Happy 20th anniversary Dad and mum. The display cakes had beautiful writing but the delivered cake looked horrid. When I politely enquired I was told there wasn’t anything that could be done because the cake maker wasn’t there. After awhile their team decided to pipe over the top of the mistakes which made the mistakes even more of an eyesore. I clearly expressed my disappointment and how it just wouldn’t suffice. One staff member said it’s still a beautiful cake no one will notice but unfortunately it’s really noticeable and disappointing. No real solution was offered beside a sad and messy retrace job. I reluctantly had to take the cake as the event was soon to commence. I would have rated this experience zero star but opted for 1 because of one particular staff member. Asian ethic background male with spacer earrings - thank you for showing concern and empathy for the mistake of your colleague. You did your best to fix and lighten the situation however it was beyond your abilities. Your attempt to keep the experience positive was appreciated.
Coffee is good but cakes are just average. Customer service is not bad.
Don’t even think about bringing in a coffee from elsewhere if you want to dine in, even if you buy from the bakery you’ll get blasted by the owner and be told to get out! So rude! I would’ve understood if they asked politely. Please boycott this bakery other bakeries deserve your business. Just to be clear this is the Puckles Bakery in Orion Springfield
Unfortunately 2 years I experienced the same rude attitude from owner when I was using seating outside due to my sore back. I was told those are his seats and he doesn't pay for that seating area for me to sit there. Then actually told me to leave. I have never forgotten due to how rude he was about it. Previously I experienced good service, reasonable food at reasonable price and I was quite regular. If kindly asked to make a purchase I would have spent the normal 30 at the time and he would be at least 1000 richer today from my purchases alone. My family and friends also stopped coming here due to similar experiences.
I came in holding my sleeping 2 year old. Obviously during these covid times I thought I might not get to sit. But I was and the kind lady could see my hands were full, offered to bring there sign in pad over and cut my slice up to make it easier for me. It may seem small but it was so nice to feel like I wasn't a burden but a welcome customer so thank you for being so kind.
