I have the utmost respect for Dr. Ranginwala. I have been a patient of his for the last ten years. I have always been able to contact him on the weekends if I am sick. His staff is polite and respectful. Office wait time is minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Ranginwala.

Sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time, then was prescribed a medicine my insurance needs a pre-authorization for. They refused to submit, claiming \They would just deny it anyway.\ Then they told me that I needed to tell them what similar medicine my insurance would cover. They were rude, and told me it's not their job to know what medicines they can give, or talk to the insurance company. This is the only doctor I have EVER been to that doesn't have this information, or won't call the insurance company to find out. I wish I could give them negative stars.
