Sam was amazing, I have notoriously hard to find veins and she was able to find one in my hand and didnt dig around unnecessarily. Will definitely be going back to her for any future blood tests!

This collection centre is so beautifully managed..the lovely lady Julie is so courteous, polite and professional. I was there this morning n couldnt find my way to the centre. Even while she was busy with other patients she guided me on how to get there. The blood samples collection was done in the most professional manner. No wonder Mater is considered one of the best hospitals because their staff is so wonderful. Keep up the great work guys!

Delt with Sam. She was FANTASTIC!! I always go out of my way to go here as I don’t like blood tests and the staff always do their best to take my mind off it.

Terrible service! One collector. Fluffed around for half an hour at 7 45 in morning without seeing anyone. Didnt bother to come out and let people know there might be a holdup, or notify us it wouldnt be too much longer. When she did come out briefly she didnt look at or acknowledge anyone. Just went back to her room without any explanation. Too bad my son was a fasting type 1 diabetic and started to go low. We wasted a fast and all that time because we had to leave and get him something to eat.
