Made an appointment to have an alignment done on my car. They said they could not get it right but it was very close and that it would be okay. Drove the car out of state and noticed the left front tire was missing the tread on the inside. Took the car to another shop. They installed a new tire and made the correct adjustments to the alignment. K street has cost me to much money to use again. There alignment did not hold up for a week. I have included a picture of the sheet from the shop that fixed K Streets mistakes. It did not require any parts to fix it. They just failed to adjust it correctly.

These guys are the best! They always do a great job. The Manager is very friendly, understanding and always willing to work with people. It’s no wonder his team does such a good job under management like that. I highly recommend them, the work has always exceeded my expectations.
