Had a fine experience buying the car (although it took forever (4hrs total). They sold me a car with a bad/failing battery and rather than just replacing it they just gave me the run-around. They also (a month later) have not gotten my title back and had terrible communication (not calling back when they said they would).

My husband and I went into Infinity last week as a spur decision to possibly purchase a bigger vehicle. I wasn't expecting to buy anything that day and If it wasn't for our car salesman, Hayden, we probably would still be looking. Hayden took the time to listen to our needs, was very patient with me (as I am terrible with decisions), and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for us... which we found!
