Cory in the parts department was very rude and not interested in helping me. I requested a different person because of his attitude. He transferred me to a voicemail. I called back three or four time for the parts desk and it would go to the voicemail. That don’t happen so I have to believe Cory was immediately transferring me to that voicemail. I went through the prompts to a different department and got to a woman who I requested a manager. Got to him and explained how I was treated. he did help me with the parts I needed. I have been in HVAC for around 5 years and have not experienced this kinda behavior from a supply house employee . I told the manager about it and I hope he will talk to him about his behavior. But I doubt that will happen.

This supplier is total trash we have lost customers because of them it takes half a day just to get ahold of someone at the parts counter. They really give Carrier a bad name and I hope every person get fired and they bring in a professional staff that can get the job done correctly.
