Darren(spelling?) is a fantastic associate and represents 511 customer service in an upstanding way! She helped me return an item of an inappropriate size, find a new item, and did the exchange for me with no fuss at all! She helped me find something that met my standards and was incredibly polite. The entire interaction lasted only a minute. A breath of fresh air in customer service for this area!

The store clerks were super helpful and nice. Helped me find what I needed without issue. My only gripe is I'm a tall stalky guy and pant sizes are tough to find (length wise).

Within ninety seconds of walking in, a rep asked if I needed help. But unlike stores, he walked over and paused...like he actually WANTED to help! He explained some things to me and was super helpful. The other rep offered to help after I finished in the dressing room. Just really nice and helpful people here. I'll be back.
