The hot tub was amazing, one of the reasons we picked that chalet. Perfect settings in the rainforest due to the rain causing mist. Great time to just stay inside and enjoy each other. Beautiful up so high and there was no reason to leave, as we bought food before arriving.

Absolutely Beautiful. Stayed in #5 cabin and highly recommend it. The spa is huge and just beautiful will definetly return.
Lovely little cabin, gorgeous forest views out every window, you can sit out in the deck and feed the birds or enjoy the spa bath that looks out into the rainforest. Close to Springbrook National Park. Did not have internet access inside but mostly worked ok when outside.
I had an issue where I was unable to come stay at the Chalet due to the recent border issues. The gentleman from the Chalet made it very easy to cancel the booking given the circumstances. Now it's made me excited to re-book my getaway to the Springbrook Chalet as soon as possible. I'm really excited! I had booked the place based on reviews from friends and family; they highly recommend the place based on the customer service, cleanliness, location and atmosphere.
Beautiful chalets, well looked after. Great kitchen facilities with oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Hot tub downstairs was relaxing with a few different settings. Bed was comfy, lots of movies to choose from. Games to play & books to read. Loved being surrounded by wildlife & the fire was awesome even though it took a few attempts to get it going.
My partner and I stayed at the chalets in August. It was magical. The chalet was well appointed and clean. The spa was a dream. We will definitely be back!
My partner and I really loved the time we spent here. Our host was lovely and had plenty of firewood ready for us and had even loaded the fire place up, ready to go. Beautiful area, very romantic. Have been recommending to all our friends and would have stayed again this weekend if it wasn’t already booked out.
