Fantastic lunch options. Really friendly staff. We had foccacias and b&e rolls. Wonderful at old school prices. Worth the drive!

Arrived late (4pm) expecting scraps. Got welcoming service, fresh hot food, and great hot chocolate. Pumpkin soup home-made and very tasty and pie was amazing. Thank you.

Waited 3 minutes at an empty counter before this guy walks out from the back. He doesn't make eye contact with me and it looks like he's going to walk right past me. He pulls up beside me and looks at me with an enquiring eye, no 'Hi" or "How can I help you". I ask for a coffee and he CROSSES HIS ARMS like he's on Deal or No Deal!! I'm thinking "What the..." He then says "Kaput. Closing". This is despite signs out on the road, other patrons in the cafe and no closed sign on the door or register. As I'm leaving, another poor motorist is pulling in. Don't risk being treated rudely, if you're heading up that way take a packed lunch and thermos. That's what I'm going to do.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! This does not even deserve one star!!! The most appalling service I have EVER received. I ordered a ham and cheese foccacia and instead received a ham and cheese croissant. I politely told the man that this was not what I had ordered and was met with the most appalling response. He spoke down to me in the most disrespectful and revolting way using foul language. The worst response I have ever experienced within customer service. I was that intimidated that I instantly told him not to worry about it. Absolutely disgusting and it completely ruined my entire lunch. The food wasn't that great either.

Such friendly staff! There was one Blonde woman at the counter that was so cute and enjoyable, she helped us figure out where we were going when were lost on the road. Loved it!
