They are AMAZING!! I got in a car accident a couple months ago and was nearly totaled. At Shoemaker, they took in my car with already a full schedule on their hands and were able to save my car from being totaled out completely. Of course, right around this time, COVID is breaking out and everything begins to shut down for essential-only business. This caused a delay in my car being repaired, beyond what my insurance was willing to pay for my rental. Shoemaker offered and paid for the extension on my rental to ensure I wasn't left without a vehicle! They are so polite and they do incredible work! I'm very very satisfied with this company and WILL come back here for any future needs on my vehicle. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
Shoemaker has repaired three vehicles for our family, and each time they have exceeded our expectations. They communicate well during every step of the process, and the completed body work and paint looks better than new. They even detail your vehicle before you pick it up. This is a family-run business, and it's very obvious that they take great pride in the quality of their work and in taking care of their customers.
