The best local coffee shop I have found in York. The coffee is always very tasty and creamy. They have very friendly staff and a good covid system too. You can order at the door with a QR code.

I've been to Spring many times in recent years, and every coffee (espresso) I have had there has been exceptional. The flavour in the coffee that comes from their new roaster is stunning, and even better than previously. (I seldom eat here, so my review relates to coffee only.)
I always enjoy a trip to Spring Espresso whenever I'm in the city. It's worth making the trip to eat in or takeaway. The staff are always lovely and friendly, the food is great and the coffee is the best in the city centre.
