Had paint mixed to match a panel 3 or 4 times so far over a 4 day period each time it was done it was wrong not just wrong it was completely different to what I asked for Paid 170 and refused to correct it Said I was being awkward because I wanted the right colour . Now taking it Dudley small claims And having it re mixed elsewhere. Was polite when I was paying until I wanted it done right then was As rude and arrogant To the reply I left the panel for 3 hours and you still couldn't get it right I've just had it mixed in Wolverhampton and they have done it first time absolutely perfect You just need to treat customers properly And drop the attitude
