My experience: I had an 11am appointment to have two teeth extracted. Dr. Hasnain Shinwari performed the procedure. I explained to Dr. Shinwati that I was experiencing anxiety and could he please walk me through the process. Dr. Shinwari did not introduce himself to me, I had to ask him his name and he never asked me my name! I felt like I was only (his 11 o’clock appointment). I had to ask him again to walk me through the process. Dr. Shinwari warned me that I will feel pressure and I understood that. My problem was how he spoke to as I had a hard time sitting perfectly still while his is pulling and poking. Like most people, having a tooth pulled is not a everyday event for me. Dr. Shinwari removed two teeth, discarded his gloves, turned around and walked away. All I saw was his back! Never said anything me. No doctor/ patient courtesy at all. Dr. Shinwari was rude and I expressed that to his nurse assistant. I don’t know if this Dr. was having a bad day but he should have got back in the bed and start all over. I do not appreciate poor patient care in a professional environment. The office however, was nice and clean. If you ever schedule a appointment at Spotsylvania Oral Surgery, please ask who will do your extraction and if they say Dr. Shinwari, make sure you ask him which side of the bed he got out of!!!! Please fix your attitude, sir!

If you enjoy being treated warmly, with care, and properly then look no further. Spotsylvania Oral Surgery - The staff is so friendly and understanding. The office is very clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and professional. Everything that you need in a dentist is here at this office. All the while performing the procedure in terms I would describe as quick and painless! Highly recommend this place!

Spotsylvania Oral Surgery center is obviously a good place to go if you want to make your teeth more perfect. When I come, the doctor and the staff are all very patient and nice. Compared to other dentist offices, this Dental office puts me at ease. Their staff is friendly and their people are kind. I highly recommend signing up.
