To say the service was sub par is a gross understatement. The order for new uniform we placed was not ready in time, and our server seemed to think that we were greatly indebted to him because he was having to work overtime to fix a mistake they made in the order, and was annoyed that he had to be the one to fix it. In short: This shop has shown great incompetence and terrible treatment of customers today; I would advise avoidance of their services.

I was warned not to use this shop for my children's school uniforms. Visited shop for fitting of school shirts and they got the size order mixed up. When I took them back they rejected 1 shirt due a mark on the front. My son only tried it on once!! They wouldnt refund due to this and now I have a shirt that's far to big. I went back to collect my other child's shirt and they have me the wrong size again!! Clueless
