I attended the 2day, Introduction to MSK Ultrasound led by Rob and Chris. Both tutors are leaders in their field and their enthusiasm for teaching is evident from the moment the course starts. As a physio with no experience in using US I was slightly worried that the course may not cover enough of the basics and be too advanced to walk away with practical clinical skills. There was no need to worry! Chris and Rob break the complex nature of US imaging down into easy bite size chunks, with easy take away points that that are instantly clinically applicable. A day after the course I felt confident that I could apply the principles clinically and start to practice US. I would highly recommend the course for any clinicians who wish to start their journey in US imaging and learn in a fun and friendly environment.

Having very little experience in US scanning and interpretation I cam away from this course more confident and also more aware of what would be required to develop a competency in this area. The tutors were outstanding. The course content was exact, precise and very practical. Probably the most practical course I have done in the last 10 years. No heavy lectures and fantastic food provided which allowed me to stay awake through the two days! The guys are so easy to deal with from contacting SMUG offices to after course questions. It really is the gold standard for US course in my opinion. Can't wait to get working on all the excellent presentations and practice info i gained from course
