I did not like it very much, as the sales representative wasn't very on top compare to last year experience. But otherwise all good. The shoes are good quality but to choose from one. I wanted a different shoe fasten system and there was none. Which was very disappointed. But the end of the world.

Quite dissatisfied. I agreed by email with the owner not to pay for the days I would not use the equipment. At check-out nobody knew anything. Staff could barely speak English and quite rude. I asked to speak with the owner by phone and even if I was very relaxed and just trying to explain her the problem, her attitude was unbelievably unpolite. By the way, if the ski resort is closed you have to let them know about that if you want a refund. As if they don't know about that … The shop is 50 mt from the cable car. Then I left one day in advance but there was no chance for them to understand me. Not sure the problem was the different language. In the end I paid what they ask just to avoid any problem, but next time I'll go somewhere else.

Super magasin pour louer ses skis ! Contrairement au commentaire précédent je me dois de le contredire, les vendeurs étant toujours à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Par ailleurs se plaindre après avoir eu une réduction me semble très déplacé. Les prix de location sont attractifs de base et ce n'est pas tous les magasins qui accordent des remises. Service et produits au top, je recommande !
