Apparently need to leave one star atleast.... but not even worth that. Me and my husband was in this store at on Saturday trying to buy my Stepson a pair of football boots.... staff was slow and could not be bothered. We actually found a pair of boots we asked for in the right size before the bloke who works there did and come and asked us if we have the shoes out of the box.... then he had a chat with his mates swearing... when pulled up about it, no apology just looked away... awful service makes you despise spending money there. Go elsewhere!

I cant begin to describe how demotivated and disengaged the staff are in this store. I spent ten minutes listening to them arguing about who was doing what in the store. Then got given different stock to that on display at wrong price. Asked for the manager who resolutely defended the poor customer service. I left in anger.
Low prices, low quality, low staff wages. You get what you pay for, but for children's clothing and shoes that don't need to last long, because they'll grow out of them, this is actually a good place to shop.
