Delicious and fresh! I had the chicken and waffle AND biscuits and gravy. I enjoyed it all. I washed it down with the passion fruit tea. I couldn't finish it in one sitting. I also took a king ranch casserole to go. That was good too. They know what they're doing at the Spoons Cafe!

I love this place! The staff is really great and friendly. They have a good mimosa deal and yummy food. As someone with a gluten allergy they have a lot of options and can make a lot of dishes work

We had shopped around the McKinney square and ended up eating lunch at Spoons, a wonderful little café. They had a nice menu and my wife, and I split a BLT sandwich. I had a side cup of chili and my wife had a side of pumpkin soup. There was seating outside, but we decided to eat inside. The food and service were very good and I would recommend it for a casual lunch.

Trip to AZ got cancelled because of Corona Virus, staycayed in Allen, Texas. Heard many times about Spoon's Cafe and so glad to experienced it before the shut down of Restaurants before the Crisis expanded. My friend had the Breakfast Taco and it was large and flavorful, along with a yogurt parfait on the side. I had the Biscuits N Gravy (in honor of Mom, Miss you) and a cup of fruit. Just finished raining and we were the only ones outside enjoying the cool weather and people watching. Our waitstaff Sabrina was really nice and helpful. Will enjoy going back to visit.
